BigBang Florist sells products on website which could be fulfilled by company or any third party.

BigBang Florist reserves the right to ammend, discontinue and temporary stop any of their products/services with or without any prior notice.

BigBang Florist deserves the right to change any of the terms/conditions or policy with or without any prior notice.

Since Flowers arrangements are handmade and it could be fulfilled by various partners/vendor there might be variation in the images shown on website and delivered order.

Since Cakes are fulfilled by various partners/vendors there might be variation in images shown and taste, however we BigBang Florist will Strive to give the best customer experience.

For any of the special occasions like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Diwali, Rakhi, Valentine’s Day and any other occasions order will be delivered on the same day with no prior time commitment. Also BigBang Florist will always strive for the best customer experience but there could be delay in delivery in above mentioned occasions.

Same Day orders will be accepted till 3 PM and BigBang Florist shall try to deliver the same, however if in any of the circumstances we could not fulfill the order then BigBang Florist will try for the next day delivery.

In case if delivery is not made due to any of the circumstances then company would try for the Next Day Delivery and no Refund shall be considered for the same.

For all the products offerings BigBang Florist will attempt for the delivery only once.

Once order is placed for any of the products the delivery address cannot be changed/redirected.
